The heavy rains that have continued to pound the country has left many residents counting huge losses after the rains destroyed their homes, and access roads.
Some residents of Utawala estate in Nairobi now can't access their homes after the rains washed away the roads.
In most areas, the rains have even claimed lives and left residents counting losses after the floods washed away roads and their homes. Vehicles have not also been spared as most of them got stuck in the mud while trying to access the area.
The residents now have to walk for long distance to catch transport to their places of work. They have now called on the City Council and the Ministry of Roads to move in and help in the repair of the road. Comments (0) |
